  • 180 piece puzzles – 40cm x 29cm (Image dimensions – 400mm x 290mm)
  • 120 piece puzzles – 38cm x 26.7cm (A3) (Image dimensions – 380mm x 267mm)
  • 60 piece puzzles – 34.5cm x 27cm (A3) (Image dimensions – 345mm x 270mm)
  • 30 piece puzzles – 26.5cm x 18cm (A4) (Image dimensions – 265mm x 180mm)

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Unfortunately we are unable to receive or accept payments using Bpay or Direct Deposit.

We provide 2 delivery options, you can select which option you would prefer at checkout.

• Option 1 – Flat rate shipping. 
• Option 2 – Express post option (Australia wide), the cost will depend on your location and calculated at the time of checkout.

We currently use the following courier services:

• International Delivery – DHL

Yes you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking number and you will receive regular updates from Australia Post.

AWESOME NEWS! Yes we delivery custom puzzles WORLDWIDE and to PO Boxes. 

We aim to manufacture, pack and send your personalised puzzle within 7-10 business days. If we have not sent your order out you can change the address by contacting us at hello@kidzjigz.com.au

Unfortunately we cannot change any orders once they have been submitted. As the puzzles are “custom puzzles” we can only supply exchanges or store credits. Please refer to Returns/Exchanges policy.

You cannot collect your order. All orders are delivered via courier, however we provide an express delivery service option. Please refer to Delivery policy.

Personalised products including puzzles depend on the demand. We aim to have customised jigsaw puzzles dispatched within 7-10 business days. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas, Mothers Day & Fathers Day. Delivery times can also vary depending on the country. International orders can take anywhere between 10-25 business days. Please check the website homepage for current manufacture times.

Your custom puzzle order could arrive at anytime. Unfortunately our couriers cannot provide an exact time.

As we provide a worldwide service some countries may charge extra taxes, duties and fees once the product arrives at the destination. Customers from these countries should already be familiar with these rules and regulations. Any additional fees related to specific countries duties and taxes will be the customers responsibility to pay.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns and exchanges on kids personalised gift products. Please refer to our Returns/Exchanges policy.

Below is a guideline we recommend the image file size to be:   

• 12 -120 piece photo jigsaw puzzles – Greater than 0.5MB
• 200 piece photo jigsaw puzzles          – Greater than 1MB
• 500 piece photo jigsaw puzzles          – Greater than 1 MB
• 1000 piece photo jigsaw puzzles       – Greater than 2 MB

Compatible files include jpeg and pdf.

Yes! The cut free zone should be 1cm from the edge. Please ensure no important objects or writing are within this zone.

Yes, all puzzles are the same rectangle shape.
